Go to Tools>folder options>view -select "Show hidden files and folder" and than untick "hide protected operating system files (Recommended)" -Now you'll see desktop.ini from the folder. If you still don't find it, right click the folder, go to properties>customize. And then go to "Change icon" and select the default icon. And thn press ok. Now you'll see desktop.ini for sure. -open desktop.ini ...
